The Quietly Social Kids Club – Events & Participation

Welcome!

Our gatherings are intentionally small and always 100% parent-supported. Each event is designed to provide gentle, low-pressure social opportunities for quietly social children—and a space for families to connect meaningfully.

You’re invited to join whenever it feels like the right fit for your family.

At The Quietly Social Kids Club, our focus is on creating a calm, stress-free, and welcoming environment for quietly social children. To keep each gathering safe, gentle, and familiar, we intentionally limit group size and prioritize families who have already participated in our events

*Supplies Saved for Later
If you are unable to attend an event, any supplies purchased for your child will be saved for you, so you can enjoy them together at home later.

Tickets & Group Rates

For events that require tickets—such as movies, theatrical performances, museums, or other outings—we do our best to secure refunds if your family is unable to attend. However, some tickets are purchased as part of a group booking to access a discounted rate, and refunds may not always be possible. In these cases, your child’s ticket helps secure the activity for the whole group, and any individual payment will be directed toward the event’s overall cost.

Financial Transparency

We’re committed to keeping The Quietly Social Kids Club 100% not-for-profit and community-focused. All payments go directly toward venue costs, supplies, tickets, facilitator fees, and other event expenses.

If you would like to see a summary of how funds are spent or receipts for specific events, you are welcome to request them at any time. Our goal is full transparency so you can feel confident that every contribution directly supports your child’s experiences.

Joining & Participation

At The Quietly Social Kids Club, our focus is on creating a calm, predictable, and welcoming environment for quietly social children. To keep each gathering safe, gentle, and familiar, we intentionally limit group size and prioritize families who have already participated in our events.

How Families Join

  • Families are added to our community roster, which helps us plan events thoughtfully and ensure children have familiar faces around them.

  • We welcome new families when space allows. A brief email or chat helps us share expectations and ensure the environment is a good fit for your child.

  • Our goal is quality over quantity—keeping each gathering small, calm, and parent-supported.

Participation Approach

  • Priority Access: Returning families get first notice of upcoming events, helping children feel safe and comfortable with familiar peers.

  • Trial Events for New Families: When space allows, new families can attend a trial gathering to see if the club is a good fit.

  • Parent-Supported: All gatherings remain parent-attended, so children always have a trusted adult nearby.

Why This Matters

This approach helps:

  • Maintain a calm, respectful atmosphere

  • Allow children to build trust and connection over time

  • Support you as a parent in actively engaging with your child’s social experiences

  • Ensure the club stays intentionally small and familiar, without creating a formal business or subscription

“Our focus is on creating meaningful, low-pressure experiences where children can thrive at their own pace. By keeping gatherings familiar and intentionally small, we give each child the space to feel safe, seen, and supported.”

❤️A Note From the Founder

“I plan, book, and facilitate all events because I love creating meaningful experiences. Every payment you make goes directly into making that happen—no profit is taken, just more opportunities for your child to feel safe, seen, and supported.

This club was created for families like ours—where connection matters, but only when a child feels secure enough to engage. By keeping gatherings small, familiar, and parent-supported, we give each child space to grow at their own pace, without pressure or overwhelm.”
